Hi, I’m Henna and I’m passionate about helping people feel their best through Pilates
I’ve been teaching for over a year now, and I’ve seen firsthand how Pilates can transform bodies and minds. It’s not just about getting fit, Pilates can help with everything from back pain and poor posture
to stress relief and improved flexibility.
I’m a mother of three, so I know how easy it is to let exercise fall by the wayside. But I also know how important it is to take care of yourself, especially as you get older. That’s why I created hennagise. I want to make Pilates accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
